Shipping policy

We ship worldwide.

For deliveries outside the EU, import VAT, customs duties and the carrier's handling fee may apply. These charges are not included in the purchase price, are payable by the recipient and are due on delivery. The amount depends on the regulations of the destination country – just message us beforehand and we'll give you an estimate for your country.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a link with the tracking number and shipping status updates.





SHIPPING TIME/COST


These are the usual shipping times:

EU: 2 - 8 working days | 7.90 euros

UK: 3 - 5 working days | 7.90 euros

USA: 7 - 10 business days | 19.90 euros



Please note that the times given above are based on experience. We will proactively inform you about the shipment progress as soon as the order has been shipped.



RETURNS

If you are not satisfied, you can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt. We do not cover the return shipping costs.
